Thanks for the video. Why are the trunk and hip kept facing front instead of following the toes and knee of the landing leg?

@Eric Thanks for your question. I believe the intention of this particular exercise is to focus the stability work on the lower leg & ankle joint complex. If performed with rotating the hips to face the same direction of the hopping/landing leg, that would incorporate a focus on hip stability by using the upper leg muscles. Also, the focus of the video could be to keep the hips facing forward, to mimic the plane of movement of running
